This production line adopts double-screw foam sheet extrusion technology.PSP

foam sheet is a kind of new-type packing material with feature of heat preservation,

safty,sanitation and good plasticity.It's mainly used to make various types of

food containers,such as lunch boxes,dinner trays,bowls etc by thermal forming.

It's also can be used to make advertisement boards,industrial products packing and 

so on.It has stable performance,big capacity,high automation and high quality products.

Forming cutting,stacking are done in the same machine,saving labor,improving 

efficiency,lowing labor intensity and reducing production cost.Production process

is to put foam shet into forming machine,and product and wastgae will come out 

from the rear part.Two workers are enough for the whole production line.It can be 

used to produce many kinds of materials.Product can be used in the food,medicine,

electronic parts,tourism,toys,etc.

The machine screw and barrel material:38CrMoAIA.Recycled material is crushed by  the

crusher equiooed on the auto feeding system and enters into the screw automatically

with high automatization anf high output.Advanced rotary hydraulic-cut die is adopted 

for granul cutting so that the granule looks like virgin material and beautiful.
